Setting a Looney Free

I have been given a boost of confidence from tutors in my course to not worry as much about some 'grand' theme. I have come to terms that I am an 'image maker'. I love to position and frame what is in my head and its personal importance to me. If I see something which humours me or draws me in I should reference it in my work, the absurdity will come out in how I paint it.

  1. You've got some tremendous talent dom, I think its just convinent that you happen to be a best mate and a good artist. In no way do I feel biased when i look at your art, you've made a leap from sketching animals and aliens with me in primary school towards a visual artist exploring his own inner thoughts and subconcious with macabre imagery and symbolism. Its a shame fine art is IMO such a dead end of an industry cus you really are good, your a true 'european artist', but you were born too late.
